With over 20 years of HVAC experience, Nick has been a trusted resource in the industry since 2003. After spending 14 years in the field working on installations and service, he joined TMI in 2017, bringing real-world expertise to technical support. Nick manages all tech support calls for Missouri and Illinois, leading TMI’s technical support division to ensure dealers and contractors have the assistance they need. He also plays a key role in training and educating DCPs, providing hands-on classes, job site support, and troubleshooting guidance.

Pete Kokot has over 25 years of HVAC/R experience, with expertise in both residential and commercial systems. He began as a service technician before moving into factory-level technical support, where he became known for strong diagnostic skills and a customer-focused approach. For the past seven years, he has supported contractors and internal teams, resolved equipment issues, trained Field Service Representatives, and helped develop nationwide technical training content. As a Technical Support Specialist at Daikin TMI, he focuses on providing dealers and contractors with the tools and guidance needed to confidently install and service Daikin systems.
