Wes Hueseman is our VP of Distribution, a leadership role in which he oversees the performance and success of Sales, Marketing, Technical Support/Development, and Operations across all regions for TMI. With a strategic vision and a results-driven mindset, Wes ensures that the TMI team members are equipped, motivated, and focused on achieving our company goals. He has had the pleasure of helping TMI and Daikin in restructuring their Distribution and Rep Channel networks, while also helping TMI facilitate acquisition and growth for expansion into new markets.

Alanna Ketchum is in her third year at Daikin TMI, where she plays a pivotal role in onboarding new dealers and supporting marketing initiatives. Fred Newell
Territory Manager for SW MO and Northern MO

Fred Newell has been in the HVAC industry for nearly 25 years. Throughout his career he has worked for a mid Missouri HVAC distributor, a geothermal heat pump manufacturer, and has spent his last seven years as a territory manager for Daikin-TMi. His territory is predominantly in Mid Missouri and is growing Daikin’s reach in SW MO and Northern Missouri. Energy efficiency, customer satisfaction and increasing Dealer profits are his main areas of focus.

With nearly 20 years in HVAC, Corey Maynard brings extensive industry experience to Daikin TMI. Starting in inside sales in 2005, he quickly moved to outside sales, working with residential dealers, commercial contractors, and engineers across Central Illinois since 2008. A Daikin TMI team member since 2018, Corey is dedicated to helping dealers grow, offering expert sales support, training, and business strategies to maximize success in a competitive market.

Mike has been actively engaged in the HVAC industry since 2001, commencing his career as a service technician. In 2011, I transitioned into retail sales, further expanding my expertise. Subsequently, I served as a Territory Manager for Carrier and Lennox, honing my skills in customer relations and territory management. Since joining TMI in 2018, I have continued to develop my professional capabilities. He derives great satisfaction from collaborating with and fostering the growth of our customers, whom I consider valued partners. It is a privilege to work at the forefront of Daikin’s innovative technology and to contribute to their mission of achieving market leadership in North America.

Matt Brewer is a seasoned HVAC professional with over three decades of industry experience. He began his career in 1989 as an Operations Supervisor for the York distribution branch in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1992, he transitioned into sales as a Territory Manager, quickly advancing to Sales Manager in 1998 and then Branch Manager from 1999 to 2001. Driven by his passion for sales, Matt moved to a Carrier distributor in St. Louis, where he continued his work as a Territory Manager. In 2008, he expanded his expertise by working in sales for a residential and commercial contractor for several years. However, his enthusiasm for distribution led him back to that sector, where he continues to excel today as a Territory Manager at Daikin TMI LLC. With a wealth of experience, Matt brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to customer success in the HVAC field.

With over 20 years of HVAC experience, Nick has been a trusted resource in the industry since 2003. After spending 14 years in the field working on installations and service, he joined TMI in 2017, bringing real-world expertise to technical support. Nick manages all tech support calls for Missouri and Illinois, leading TMI’s technical support division to ensure dealers and contractors have the assistance they need. He also plays a key role in training and educating DCPs, providing hands-on classes, job site support, and troubleshooting guidance. Beyond tech support, Nick collaborates with Territory Managers on sales calls, dealer recruitment, and business development, helping contractors integrate Daikin products seamlessly.
