Pleated Filters

300X: Pleated panel filter series often used where air filter efficiency is at issue. Superior dust holding capacity available with INTERSEPT® antimicrobial. The heavy-duty die-cut box frame is made from high strength, moisture resistant beverage board. Available in thickness of 1″, 2″, and 4″. The media is a blend of cotton and polyester fibers with efficiencies from 25-60%.
300E: Same as 300X except pleat support is made from expanded metal.
Available in 2″ and 4″ thickness only.
200E: Same as the 300E and made with approximately 25 % less media.
Available in 2″ and 4″ thickness only.
Dirt Demon: Economy grade pleated filter made with a single piece, Kraft pinched frame 25-30% efficient. Available in 1″ thickness only.

Panel Filters

5700: High arrestance and high dust holding capacity make 5700 filters, the premium-performing panel filters in the industry. Designed for extra heavy dust loading conditions. Available in 1″ and 2″ thickness. Fiberglass Media. Arrestance 80-85%. AG – standard commercial grade panel filter designed for light to medium dust loading conditions. Available in ½”, 1″ and 2″ thickness. Fiberglass Media. Arrestance 1″ 70-75%, 2″ 80-85%.

Wire Frame Filters

AmerSeal: Self-sealing design prevents dirty air bypass; permits fast installation; requires no clips, latches, or other holding devices. Type 100, 200, 300, 2-ply and 3-ply models. Available with INTERSEPT® antimicrobial on the type 300 only. Arrestance 85-90%. Made as Ring Panels, Link Panels, or Slip-ons.

Pads

Select from a wide range of synthetic or fiberglass media designs from light to extra heavy dust-loading conditions. Color-coded by performance level. PolyKlean (synthetic media) and Frontline (fiberglass media) are available in pre-cut pads or rolls, ½”, 1″, and 2″ thickness. PolyKlean Gold is manufactured with INTERSEPT® antimicrobial and is available in 1″ and 2″ thickness.
