We partnered with Lennox for over 50 years. It was a great journey. Like every business that has been around for any length of time, the business decides to do things differently. That is the case with Lennox. We have been searching for years for a line of equipment that is distributed by a reputable company that has an excellent representative with a vast knowledge of the industry and really understands customer service to the high level we deliver to our customers. In addition, we want a distributor who has the items in stock, can provide excellent technical support, and provides top-notch training. Daikin-TMI checks all of those boxes so far. I have known Mike Mascia since the days when he was part of the local Lennox team. He was awesome then and that has not changed. Mike understands the industry, our local market, and the very high expectations Al-Don IAQ expects.
